Hi! I'm Sylvia and I am from Barcelona, though I have been living in London for a good few years.
Since my early teens, I have been interested in alternative therapies, especially because of being exposed to Homeopathy, Bach Flowers and Trace elements to name a few. These interests have continued to lead me to learn more about how holistic/alternative practices help the body restore a state of 'wholeness' which is at times out of balance. Modern lifestyle and stress are some of the causative factors.
Previously I worked in the Tourist Industry and in later years teaching Zumba. I practice Pilates and Yoga, which has become one of my favourite activities.
I qualified at the London School of Reflexology under two of the UK's leading practitioners, Louise Keet for Foot Reflexology and Ziggie Bergman for Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, MAR. I have also qualified in Reflexology for the treatment of pain and Pregnancy Reflexology with Mauricio Kruchio.
I am also a Reiki Master and offer both individual sessions or as a combined treatment with reflexology.
If I had to describe in very few words what drives me I would say it is my passion and belief in the therapies I offer and my aim is always to have empathy with my clients, a good rapport and provide a safe environment where my client and I enter the realm of peace within the noise of the outside world.
I speak English, Spanish and Catalan. Happy to use any of these languages in my treatments!!
